Dialog box to explain reason for deleting a record
We would like as administrators to easily be able to see from the deleted items a reason why a user deleted a record.
This could be achieved with a dialog, similar to the workflow comments, that comes up when a user deletes a record.
This reason should then be displayed along with the record in the deleted items section of the administration console, so we can decide whether to delete or restore a record.

Any progress/updates on this request?
With the latest release, we give the possibility to add a reason for the document deletion. The reason is display on the deleted documents and visible by the administrators only.
