Mobile application

We require a mobile app for phones and tablets for AODocs, in order to be fully mobile.

Android compatibility would be required.

Currently, AODocs is not mobile-friendly from smartphones and has limitations on tablets.

  • Somebody must be working on this?

  • Agreed, the inability to view the libraries on a mobile device (tested in Safari, iOS 11) remains a significant barrier to usability.

  • Hi, is there any update on this?

  • I agree there is a need for a mobile application. Some things can be done without at the moment using cloudsearch for example if you know the name of your document.
But filtering/browsing a view to find a document is cumbersome using the desktop mode on a phone ... This would be my main activity using a mobile app.

  • This is a barrier to user adoption in an era of "access anywhere, anytime, any device".

  • They do have a work around with Awesome Table and Google Sites, but it would be great to be able to go directly from AODocs to mobile.

  • Mobile app for AODocs will be great, but any near term plan to make the AODocs website more friendly for mobile browsers?

  • Agreed with the above. I border on saying that having a tool that I not mobile optimized in 2021, is concerning. Trying to explain that at a SaaS company really hurts the overall adoption.
