Date, time, financial notation (European or set by admin)

It would be great if date and time can be inserted or at least displayed in European Standard notation (for European countries). When using some of the great tools like 'AODocs Awesome Table connector' we can't make calculation because of incorrect date and time notation when using "our" formulas.

Date: DD.MM.YYYY 
Time: 24-hour time 
Financial: we use " , " as a comma and not " . " (In Europa the " . " is used as a thousend separator ex: € 10.800,50 )

Maybe if possible to let admins choose these settings themselves.
