Knowledge Base improvement > Submit a request > Display all compulsory fields with *

In the AODocs knowledge base, when submitting a support ticket, it would be nice to be able to have all compulsory fields displayed with an asterisk symbol *

Otherwise, I have filled in the fields I thought were relevant, then tried to submit. I would occasionally not fill in some fields and I'd get a message such as: "Date of incident: cannot be blank"

But this particular field was not marked with an *

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thank you for your feedback. We have decided to use another way to manage the submitted tickets. You should not be blocked at the ticket submission without knowing which field is missing.
