Domain administration: see # of files and storage usage per library

The new domain administration tool is nice, but a crucial feature it's missing is to see the # of files and amount of storage used by a given library.

Right now it is broken down for each storage account only. I need to see which libraries are using a lot of files / storage so that I know how to redistribute across different storage accounts.

    Hello Michael,

I am happy to announce today that with the Release 43 we are now displaying the number of attachments and documents per library in the domain administration under libraries management.

Regarding the storage usage, we plan to display it in the storage account section in the coming release.

Let us know what you think, have a great day!

  • Hello Michael,

Thank you for your feedback. Good news, we had already planned it for the next release (V 43). Here is what it is going to look like:

  • Hi,

We only see the name and storage account. Are we doing something wrong? Is there a setting for this?

  • Hello Julie,

Make sure you access the domain administration console from the AODocs interface:

You might have bookmarked an earlier version of the URL. You need to use the latest:
