Upload a new version of a file with another format.
When uploading a new version of a file to an existing record, the file format of the replacement file must be exactly the same as the original file.
Can this be changed so that users have the option to upload a different file format?
E.g., original file format might be ".doc" and replacement file format might be ".docx" or Google Docs format.

I also faced the same issue. My word document was approved . Now I need to convert it in pdf and publish but I can't upload the file with a different format.
Could you let us now if this will be integrated in future improvements ?
