Use the API to activate the custom configuration flag to copy attachments from one document to another

This article is for internal use only. It is aimed at members of the Service Team. You can activate a custom configuration flag on your customer's entire domain or in individual Document Management libraries, to allow users to copy attachments from one document to another in Document Management libraries

Set the custom configuration at the domain level

1. As an AODocs super administrator, follow this link to the AODocs API:

https://apis-explorer.appspot.com/apis-explorer/?base=https://ao-docs.appspot.com/api#s/domain/v1beta1/domain.configuration.set

2. Enter the flag name: attachmentCherryPickerEnabled.

3. Enter your domain name. 

4. In the Request body field, enter true next to configurationFlagValue.

5. Press Authorize and execute. The response is displayed in the lower part of the screen.

Note: To remove a custom configuration, use the same process, but enter false in the Request body field instead of true


Set the custom configuration at the library level

1. As a library administrator, follow this link to the AODocs API:

https://apis-explorer.appspot.com/apis-explorer/?base=https://ao-docs.appspot.com/api#s/library/v1beta1/library.configuration.set

2. Enter the ID of the library in which you want to activate the custom configuration.

3. Enter the flag name: attachmentCherryPickerEnabled.

4. In the Request body field, enter true next to configurationFlagValue.

5. Press Authorize and execute. The response is displayed in the lower part of the screen.
