Share your Document Management library with external users

If you want to share your Document Management library with external user(s), you need to follow two steps:

Step 1: Contact your super administrators to whitelist individual users, domains or Google groups. Learn more on here: Manage external users.

Step 2: Once your external user(s) user have been whitelisted, contact your administrators to add the external user(s) in the library security section. Learn more here to manage your library security settings from the AODocs User Interface: Configure the Library Security settings.

 

To access your AODocs documents, your external user(s) have to:

Access AODocs User Interface

- Change the domain if needed in AODocs User Interface. Learn more here: Switch domain

Even if the external user have access to the AODocs library, he will not be able to create or upload documents.
