Create a new Team Folder from Google Drive

With the AODocs Smartbar, you can create an empty AODocs Team Folder from Google Drive. 
You can also create an AODocs Team Folder out of an already existing folder that you own from Google Drive.

Note that the permissions to create new libraries in AODocs are managed by AODocs super administrators.

Open Google Drive and click on the library picker (1), then click on “New Team Folder” (2) to open the creation pop-up.

In the pop-up you must enter the name of the new Team Folder (3), it will be the name of the root folder. Please note that its name must be unique on your domain.
Then you must select the storage account if more than one are available (4).The storage admin you select will be the owner of your library's files.

Then, to create the Team Folder click on “Create” (5).

You will be notified of the successfully creation of the Team Folder (6), you can click on its name to access it. Note that you can also access it from your My Drive (7).
