Install the app: AODocs – Smartbar domain-wide deployment
Note: You must be a Google Workspace super admin to install the AODocs – Smartbar domain-wide deployment app.
Installing the AODocs Smartbar – domain-wide deployment app grants a domain-wide permission for the AODocs Smartbar extension. Your end users won't have to grant permissions individually to access the AODocs Smartbar.
1. Open the AODocs Smartbar – domain-wide deployment app in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
2. Click Domain install.
3. Click Continue.
4. In the dialog, select the:
- organization unit for which you want to install the application
Note: Your Smartbar users must be in this organization unit.
- checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
5. Click Allow.
It takes a few seconds for the app to install.
A dialog opens to confirm that the AODocs Smartbar — domain wide deployment app has been installed.
6. Click Done.
The application is now installed!
You can see it in your Google Admin console in Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace apps:
Note that users who aren't domain admins can't install the app from Google Apps Marketplace.
