As a Google Workspace super admin, you can fully deploy the AODocs Smartbar for the users in your domains:

Note: You must be a Google Workspace super admin to install the AODocs – Smartbar domain-wide deployment app.
Installing the AODocs Smartbar – domain-wide deployment app grants a domain-wide permission for the AODocs Smartbar extension. Your end users won't have to grant permissions individually to access the AODocs Smartbar.
1. Open the AODocs Smartbar – domain-wide deployment app in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
2. Press Domain install.
3. Press Continue.
4. In the pop-up, select the:
- organization unit for which you want to install the application
Note: Your Smartbar users must be in this organization unit.
5. Press Allow.
It takes a few seconds for the app to install.
A pop-up opens to confirm that the AODocs Smartbar — domain wide deployment app has been installed.
6. Press Done.
The application is now installed!
You can see it in your Google Admin console in Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace apps:
Note that users who aren't domain admins can't install the app from Google Apps Marketplace.
